• Account information — your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and dealership details you provide during sign-up and onboarding.
• Content you upload — vehicle photos, vehicle details (such as VIN, make, model, and pricing), dealership logos, and custom backdrops.
• Billing information — subscription and credit purchase records. Card details are processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage data — log data, device and browser information, and actions taken in the product, used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service, including AI image processing.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and track credit balances.
• To send transactional emails (verification, invitations, receipts, and security alerts).
• To respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

3. AI processing

When you edit a photo, the image and your chosen instructions are sent to our AI provider to generate the edited result. We do not sell your images, and we do not use your uploaded content to train third-party foundation models. Generated assets are stored in our object storage so you can access them in your account.

4. Sharing & subprocessors

We share information only with service providers that help us run the product, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. These include cloud hosting and storage, our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider, and our AI inference provider. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete vehicles, images, and your account at any time. We may retain limited records as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@lotshot.ai.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, scoped access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

8. Children's privacy

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
